MISSION/PHILOSOPHY
STATEMENT:
The
mission of SEEDS OF
FAITH PRESCHOOL
is to provide a loving and secure environment
where children can develop socially, emotionally,
physically, intellectually and spiritually in
a Bible-based program run by a dedicated, Christian,
professional staff. |
|
SEEDS
OF FAITH OBJECTIVES:
| A
sincere love for children and desire to
teach them about the love of Christ, and
to prepare these children academically for
kindergarten. The Preschool provides a safe
and healthy environment where children ages
3-4 years old can gather, learn, play and
hear about Jesus together. At SEEDS
OF FAITH PRESCHOOLl
our goal is to develop the child intellectually,
physically, socially, and spiritually.
Intellectually
- by encouraging an enthusiasm for learning,
exploring and first hand experiences.
Physically
- by encouraging experiences which will
develop large and small muscle coordination
and motor skills.
Socially
- by encouraging participation in group
activities, getting along with others and
developing a feeling of security and belonging.
Spiritually
- Bible stories and songs are integrated
in the day’s activities giving each
child an awareness of God’s love for
him/her.
Each
child is challenged to progress at his/her
potential.
Keep
in mind that the best educational programs
do more than teach children how to count
and say the alphabet. Here at SEEDS
OF FAITH PRESCHOOL
our goal is to reach children’s hearts
as well as their minds. Building self esteem
and effective relationships based on communication
are important goals for our program. |
